# GitHub Actions Failure Parser

Public evidence package for the WorkProtocol engineering task. The artifact is
a dependency-free Python CLI that reads a GitHub Actions run URL and emits a
structured JSON summary containing the failing step, error message, bounded
stack trace, failure category, and suggested fix direction.

It covers pytest/Jest failures, TypeScript and compilation errors, and
ESLint/Flake8/Pylint/Ruff-style lint findings. The package includes a README,
typed implementation, mocked transport tests, and reproducible validation.
